The Exposure Triangle

In this blog I will be explaining the exposure triangle used in photography used to adjust the camera settings. I will be shortly explaining the exposure triangle through a picture by giving context to it. In the images down below are some illustrations in which they give the idea of what the exposure triangle is and how using the components of aperture, shutter speed and ISO help you get the desired outcome of taking pictures. The aperture is the lens which the bigger the lens number the deeper depth of field with less light meaning more focus on the main thing and more blur in the background. The shutter speed is the time so if you have a shutter speed of 1/1000 it will capture quick moving subjects to get a clear image of the subject which if it was trying to capture the same object with the same speed using a speed of ¼ it would be more blurred and so you need to use the best speed you think is appropriate for each subject depending on its speed. Lastly the ISO is just how sensible the camera is to light, and you can adjust that or just let the camera adjust itself by leaving it on automatic.
